Love it already

I have the free version and it’s amazing! I only got it for a day but I already love it. :) I’m not really sad but when I’m sad I go to this app and it makes me feel better the whole day. I just moved to a other school so I need to plan my Day and this app is also perfect for that! I just want to say to people it’s a great app and you won’t regret downloading it! :))

Fijn, handig en werkzaam!

Het helpt mij echt om over bepaalde problemen te kunnen relativeren. Ik wordt er echt een stuk fijner van. Aangezien ik door een ernstige ziekte een hersenaandoening hrb overgehouden, helpt deze app me organiseren.

Best mental health app

I tried a lot of different apps to keep track of how I feel but this one works best for me. I use it for my morning and evening journal, keeping track of how I feel (which they made very easy to do) and keeping track in which categories I need to invest more time (family, personal development, finances, etc).

They do need to work out a few bugs and ux design elements, but overall it’s, for me, the best app to keep track of your mental health both through the iOS iphone/ipad apps or web (I prefer web because of a few bugs/ux issues).
