Based around a one night game jam, ALONE was lovingly created over a short 8 month period by Laser Dog’s Rob Allison and Simon Renshaw. Curious players may discover the original game jam prototype for themselves as an easter egg, hidden away in the main game.

Simple maar moeilijk van het begin....
Perfection
I don't know if any of you reading this, like me, grew up alongside the videogame medium. But this game mixes up so many decades of awesomeness it's insane (And they make it look easy in the progress)... It's like Vectrex's Scramble and Wipe-out 2097 had a love child and named it "Alone".
Please don't expect an easy, forgiving game or a gripping storyline. Do expect an amazingly responsive, cool looking (and sounding), crazy fast hell ride that forces you to "have another go", again and again... And again!
But I have to stop writing this now because that "just one more go" feeling is nagging again, so I have to boot up "Alone" just one more time (for tonight...).
Buy it, it's worth every damn cent.
Beautiful, difficult
Alone is stunning. The art sets a mood that's powerful and drags you into its unforgiving world. Playing is easy, but mastering is hard; Alone's airspace is a cruel one. It's a simple game that still manages to provide great substance.
