Great app but needs regular updates
The concept of person centric mail is great and makes it stand out from the crowd. I use Unibox on a daily basis as my main mail app in a business environment. The support of the company is not great. Updates take ages and the company seems to have no focus or resources for developing or maintaining the app. Under OSX High Sierra the app crashes the whole time and sending mail is (unworkable) slow.
App discontinued?
For over a year now this app did not have any (security) updates, let alone upgrades. One must assume the app maker has stopped further developing this app; maybe this app even has been discontinued. For security reasons I don’t use this app anymore.
Pity though, for the concept of this mail app is very good.
Developer not reachable - no support
This is an interesting, well thought through email client with a rather slow development paths and unfortunately it comes with no support whatsoever. One only gets the link to the website where they describe the features but not forum to find answers or report issues. The developper seems to simply ignore emails (tried for two weeks, not a single answer).
There are a number of features that seem to be missing: change default sending email, set default cc email, integration of PGP, ...
