Does not work for International subscribers
I'm a GQ subscriber from the Netherlands. I received a subscription code through email with which I should've able to download the iPad version of GQ for free. But it doesn't work. Keep on getting an unable to reach server error (-1004) after entering my subscription number and country. Shameful thing is if you try to reach the customer service, after filling out the entry fields, you get an error saying you forgot to enter your city name. A none exciting field. So you're unable to reach the customer service about your initial problem.
Please fix this problem a.s.a.p. I actually pay good money as a subscriber. Haven't received a hard copy version of the magazine yet after 8 weeks.. Thought this would bridge the gap but it clearly doesn't.
