How to make it 5 stars
I have been a subscriber since I first heard of it for many years now. And I have to say what a great deal . I think Masterclass is one of the best platforms maybe even websites on the internet right now. Compare how much you pay for education and how much knowledge you get and how much you pay for masterclass and the amount of knowledge you get. I have to say masterclass is not for everyone you have to be curious, be open to learn something. But why do I give 3 stars? I would give masterclass as 5 star for sure but right now the masterclass app is not living up to the competitors. One of the big things for me personally is not having Picture in Picture. If this would be added that would be great!
Very buggy app
The content is great but the app itself is full of bugs which really dimishes the experience. Can the developers please work on this? Also, can we have more content on international affairs?
Downloading doesn’t work
Please fix the downloading on mobile. A lot of these classes are great to digest while commuting, but the app has many issues with offline content.
