Location services
To save power we use the "significant change" location service which will update the app occasionally when you are on the move. Opt-in to give the app access to your location. To use this service we are required to ask for the "Always"-permission. We do not send your location to our servers.

Thank you for using Jottacloud! In this version we have fixed some smaller bugs and improved how to notify our users in case payments are failing or there are any issues with your account. We encourage our users to allow app notifications, so you don't miss any important messages.

Altijd bereikbaar

Jottacloud is een uitstekende cloud omgeving. Ik gebruik het nu al enkele jaren en tot volle tevredenheid. Nooit geen problemen ondervonden met het uploaden of downloaden en de storage groeit nog elke dag. Het zou fantastisch zijn dat je dubbele foto’s in de cloud omgeving middels een app zou kunnen ontdubbelen. Ik kan Jottacloud van harte aanbevelen.

New version IOS

New version of the IOS doesn't work. The buttons are untouchable and going to configuración or freeing up space impossible for example. Also updating the back up not starting after opening the app and by not being able to change something in configuración unusable. To bad. I loved the aplicación and hope it can be fixed.

Hi and thank you for your feedback! Updating to iOS 14.5 or newer will fix these issues. We have now raised the minimum OS version requirement so nobody else should encounter the same problem. Thank you :)
